A holiday!
« on: March 08, 2011, 08:51:50 am »
I found out yesterday, quite by accident, that hubby has booked a suprise holiday woooooo hooooooo! He has it all arranged, my mother is coming to look after the farm, its all booked and paid for and does not interfere too much with commitments. I didn't realise quite how much I needed one until then, not had one for three years (only three, I can hear some of you say ;D ) Its just a week but boy am I looking forward to doing NOTHING :D.

I usually book the holidays and even though he had asked the travel agent to not send any communication to ours they sent a confirmation email to my email address! It was priceless, my daughter was here and I read out the email to her asked if she knew what it was for, she said no, but her face said something else!!!! I phoned my hubby and told him what I had received and he was quite cross with the travel agent but we had a laugh about it later on. He was not going to tell me till the Monday before we go on the Friday!! I would have been thrown into a total panic :) We go in the first week of April so not long now :) Going on the P & O Ship Azura round to Portugal, France and Spain, woop, woop, bring on the lie in's, long lazy days, meals cooked for me, and copious amounts of wine with dinner!! Leave behind the wellies, feed routines & mucking out, this is the first holiday we have had since being here and I will appreciate sooooooooo much.
