I was never much of a shoe person but after being ill in 2008 my outlook on life change and I began to pay a bit more attention to myself. With kids all grown up, married with kids of their own I began to look at handbags and shoes. Not the expensive ones I may add but just what I could afford. Over the last couple of years I have bought a lovely pair of ankle boots with high heel, pink shoes, sandals etc but I had in my head that I had to have a pair of red shoes. Did not have much luck finding them. Yesterday I recieved a parcel from my daughter-in-law Bernice, fab pair of killer heel red shoes with matching clutch bag. They are stunning, now all I need to do is learn to walk in them.

Years ago I bought red shoes and loved them but no heels, just flats as I cannot walk in heels, anyway, my daughter recons everyone should have at least one pair of red shoes. I had a friend who when for an in interview for a job in some red shoes with bows and little heels, she got the job and the person interviewing her said she remembered her by her shoes!!!! Me, I just would love some Red Wellies!!!!!!!

I wore red shoes and a red and black dress for Sandy & Steve's wedding!  You can JUST see the toe of one of my shoes!  Sandy's dress was pure magic!  And Steve looked so handsome in his kilt

I have some lovely shoes but have to put them in a bag until I am off the farm or they would all be covered in mud. I'm sure my work colleagues think I'm strange turning up to work in docker boots and pulling out a bag to pop my heels on. The docker boots don't really go with a suit and pencil skirt.
