thanks Sandy  ;)

Thank you Bloomer - I could make up a selection of bath things for them, and I do have masculine soap. I also make "monkey farts" bath sherbet (banana, mango and orange) that might go down well with some  ;D

My daughters school did a similar thing at xmas - I ended up with a lovely hanging heart decoration, however the OH got a deck of cards and her baby brother got a badly made felt stocking - lol.

Hmm - small gifts for men . . . those scrunchy things you scrub yourself with in the shower, my OH likes his. Shower gel. Male moisturiser for after shaving (Bulldog from Tescos!). Pencils, especially builders pencils (very thick lead that make visible marks), mobile phone socks, socks.

Personally I love the thought of the thick carpenters pencils. Oh and rawl plugs, perhaps 5 of different sizes? Golf tees and pitch repairers (pr's could be handmade). Personalised keyrings would be good too especially if the fob bit could be made by the child. hth

Brilliant brilliant brilliant!!

thanks so much everyone.   The chair of the PTA is so grateful for your ideas and I will pass these new ones on now too - carpenters pencils, golf tee's, hand made keyrings, DIY bits.
thank you  :)
