Fantastic!! And people think we spoil our pigs!  ;D

So Hilary tolerates Diby if it means a seat near (not even in) the sofa? She must be getting older and mellowing, the old dear!  ;D ;D

I just love all the photos, here in Normandy we are just as bad.
But they don't seem to care, nice dry beds and they are happy.
Caught "Rolf" my GOS boar servicing his lady today up to the top of thier legs in mud, he did have a smile on his face though !!

See, I'm sitting here slightly smug thinking how, even with all the snow and rain my Kune Kune's paddock isn't bad at all  ;) The adults just don't root and my piglets haven't been doing that much (compared to other's I've got)
BUT my Berkshires and Large Black's have been in over the winter (cos they're just little, and I feel sorry for them, and well, I'm just to soft) next winter however, will probably tell a different tale. (Especially since I've just heard that there might be a couple of OSB's joining my herd ;) ;D ;D ;D)

Thanks for the compliments (on behalf of Hilary).  She is going to have to go back into a field.  She is a big girl.  Digby is tall she is just big.

Believe me he tries! At nearly 4yrs old & about 30 stone he still thinks he's a piglet and can climb on my knee if i sit in the straw with him.

Love all the pics! Seeing all that mud, though, I don't feel quite so bad about the drainage on our patch now.
I'll nip home and do some pics in a little while.

Later....

I am sooooooo glad that I'm normal! Our little patch is full of massive holes where the piggies are digging their way to australia and is really wellie suckingly muddy. Being the first time I've kept pigs, I thought I was doing something wrong. As long as they have a nice warm dry place to sleep in, I guess they love getting muddy in the daytime.
