Fabulous - and they do have oooodles of the "cuteness" factor! They seem to be really tame already?!

They are incredible. They were pets already as they were backyard goats from 10 week old until now (9 months) but the chap struggled to keep them in and the female escaped when on heat.

They eat from the hand and come up to us - in fact they settled straight in and seem to really love us. They want to be with us and bleet when we go in the house - waiting by the back door which is a stable door so they can stand up and give us a shout when they want us lol

They are no trouble at all and very playful indeed.

Our 3 yr old adores them.

They are good with chickens but sadly don't like our giant rabbit. They try to but him  :(
Rather hoping they will come to accept him but if not he will have to be kept away for his own safety!

My pygmy's try to but the Call Duck but never actually but them - it's all show - oh and the cat gets it too - specially if he's on their favorite perch!!

It seems a bit daft when we are so new to goat keeping but we will have to decide come September. I am guessing we will put Hermione to stud but need to put plenty of thought into it. Thing is, I can't see us being able to split her from Harry and I'm not sure he will be allowed to go to stud with her.

Other than that it is very exciting reading up on milking and raising kids etc
