How do I go about moving two pet goats, from somewhere where the CPH number is unknown?

Why don't you know the CPH ?
Strickly speaking, I think you need to have a known CPH - might be an idea to check with the Animal Health people within your Local Authority

Where are they going to out of interest ?
MArkets, shows, abbatoirs, animal sanctuaries, all have CPHs

I’m having them as pets, I have a CPH number.  The person who registered the CPH number for where they are currently abandoned them.
