I am looking to buy a new weed control hand tool and thinking of a 3 prong cultivator, what tools do you use for weed control?

I use a Dutch Hoe, which I keep sharpened. Works best if used if the area is gone over twice, the second at ninety degrees to the first.

I have tried a Dutch hoe but it’s a very slow process to weed a large area, I thought the three pong cultivator would speed it up a little.

For a much larger area before planting I use a Stihl mini-tiller or if nor planting just put the whole area under weed membrane.

Wolf tools does a good 'push me pull you' type hoe, with side protectors and a waveny edge.  It's perfect if you are weeding amongst plants and comes in two sizes.  I use a mix of that hoe, a small fork to work out larger weeds or a mantis for between veg rows.  If it's really bad it's a lawn mower followed by a larger tiller.
