Welcome to the forum from a cold and snowy Carmarthen.

I'm on the wrong side of young  as well;)   even past middle age,  if I'm honest I'm well into my retirement  but you are never to old to learn or enjoy being with animals, there's plenty on this forum who will help with advice when you have a problem...

I now have the time to enjoy my sheep and chickens - I think even in this weather with frozen drinkers - hens not laying and don't want to come out in the 'white stuff'.  Carrying out hay to the sheep - my fingers and toes are frozen  and my nose gets icicles on it - but I love it.
