as a nation Ian ... no !!! as a breed ...no !!! but if we did it, it would drastically reduce the amount of corruption that is there now , it could never get rid of it all though , sadly.
As for the parliamentary big brother thing, I can't stand that crap !!
and the thought of giving some poor innocent lion food poisoning goes against the grain somewhat .
The easiest thing to do, seeing as there are Police surrounding the Houses of Parliament armed with sub machine guns , would be to put up a big fence around it and change the sign to H M Prison Westminster. Job done .
