Thanks for the suggestions about Shetland Cows. They seem to be as rare as hens teeth in Scotland. We are working on the cows shed at the moment and will be looking for a beast as soon as the grass starts to grow again.

Got a friend on the Isle of Lewis who breeds Tamworths, should you ever feel the urge...! And she's a vet, so might be worth making friends!
