You've done what you can under the circumstances and since her udder is shrinking then all sounds good , some may say you could have bought and put on a lamb but you never know what problems this can bring to your flock , you really need to be sure of the source of a orphan lamb

Yes you’re right. I don’t want to buy in problems and try and keep a closed flock now. Even getting one from someone you know can be unreliable!!
