The Smoked Ham has arrived (pic)!

Pic of our home reared ham, back from the smokehouse. Smoked for three months over wood.

Can of soup to give you idea of size (ham is leaning back a bit) but is a nice heavy fat leg with the bone out.

Looks good enough to eat Mmmmm. Just got our bacon back yesterday, so it was bacon rolls for breakfast. :P :P

Looks delicious.  Did you smoke it y ourself or take it to a smoker?

We took it to a specialist place to be smoked.
