Well do you? I have in the past given you death by chocolate in various forms, quick cheese and a few other "healthier" recipes (ugh). Today,I bring you all the way from France,"Jammy Pork Cheese" .  Ok,so I got a bit peckish whilst watching Newsnight and all I could find in the fridge was cold roast pork, goats cheese and homemade rhubarb jam.
So,cut a sliver off pork about an inch square, spread liberally with rhubarb jam and top with an equal amount of creamy white and crumbly goats cheese. Be careful though please,I couldn't stop eating it and felt a little emetic after.  Ok,so it's a good snack, but would look good topped with fresh parsley and served as a canape. This ranks alongside my infamous Bacon,Banana and Marmalade Sandwich!!!   ;D

bon apetite....... Ree

Makes sense it would be nice, as pork and apple goes well together, so does apple and cheese, so does all three!

Mind you, having said that I'll probably not be trying this one myself!!  Scared!!!
