   We have a Farm shop in the next village.The owner has just bought in 40 POL hens.Last night someone got in and rang all their necks!!!!!!!!!!

That’s terrible. Last year at are local butcher/farm shop had something like 30 turkeys stolen. But this is just an act of cruelty.

I asked Keith at Vale if he knew anything about it and he hadn't heard. It's unusual to be able to tell him anything!

The culprits, if ever caught, need to be put away for life (but I'd happily have them flogged first), they are a danger to our society. They are born psychopaths or mentally very heavily disturbed. Chickens today, people tomorrow...

What is this world coming too 
How can someone even think about doing such an awful thing  To lose a bird at any time is bad, losing 40 would be horrendous, but to find that someone DELIBERATELY killed your chooks - oh, I can't even express how ANGRY it makes me.
Perhaps someone worried about a little healthy competition on the egg front  But it's truelly sickening.
