I have some Burgon and Ball foot shears and wanted to get another pair in case they break. Mine are serrated but see they do non serrated too. Can anyone tell me what difference it makes?
I also need to sharpen mine - any tips on how? Or is it just use a standard knife sharpener??

If you are talking about the original type then the serrations are supposed to help by griping the horn  but not much difffferent to the none serrated , iv'e had the same pair for 10yrs and yes sharpen just like a knife .  Had a look and i have the proffesioal which has replacable blades
