toasting pumpkin seeds
« on: November 08, 2010, 01:53:36 pm »
I managed to ruin the first batch ::) ,
first I roasted them in the shells in the oven but they were still to soft for shelling, so I decided to toast them in a cast iron pan. The result was a lovely crisp shell with the insides dried up to a powder!
can anyone give me guidelines on temperature if you have done this successfully?? :&>
