It definitely rained last night!

:relief:   We rely heavily on our collected rainwater system for both livestock and veggie watering.  We don't have mains, and our private well is not bottomless.  It had not rained here properly since the beginning of April, just the occasional drizzle and smurr, but last night the 4 big black barrels filled right up to the top again, and the fish pond and the goose pond look quite refreshed  :yippee: :gloomy: :sunshine:  Who knows, our dry and crusty lawn might recover one day.   As long as it stops in time for haymaking  :farmer:
