Looking for a Poultry plucker

Am looking for someone to pluck and dress poultry for retail in the central belt, Scotland. There doesn't seem to be anywhere for small scale producers. Any suggestions or producers with spare capacity to take on more birds to off set their own costs?

Not convenient for you but Sheridan's at Ballater did a dozen for me recently. I think £3 each - good job and worth every penny. Dropped them in the morning, spent a lovely day walking nearby and picked them up 'oven ready' on the way home.

Hi, Thanks for info.
Did they kill for you as well or did you have to do that first?
