Your day in one sentence
« on: January 18, 2020, 01:08:18 am »
Inspired by iPM, and also by Rosemary's diary and my utter inability to be as succinct as she, I thought it might be fun to have a thread where we occasionally write one sentence about our day.

Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

There used to be a DJ (is that still a thing?) who did "your day in three words". So mine is "Plant pots washed"

Linda

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

A baltic windy day on the Moray coast moving sows, chasing gilts, splitting up boars fighting and cuddling newly born piglets  :relief:
I'm not scared to be seen, I make no apologies. This is me!

Sunshine when it rose above the hill and the frost had made the mud stiffer.

Lovely sunny, crisp cold day on Dartmoor - and spent most of it in the caravan doing admin (but with beautiful views <3 )
