Loving the land

Hi all,
I've recently joined, although in the last 2 years I've googled lots of questions and often ended up getting the answers on this site.
We bought a very run down farmhouse with about 8 acres on the southern edge of Dartmoor with our daughter and husband and little boy.The renovation of the house and land is on going.
We have a small flock of hebridean sheep, 4 pigs, 3 goats, 15 ducks, 6 hens and 5 turkeys (Christmas dinner!).
Never thought I would be sharing my life with so many animals and their poo,
I feel lucky every day!
I need to ask questions about sowing pasture, how do I do that?

Hi Prids, and welcome to TAS

If you want to post a query about sowing pasture you need to scroll down to Land Management and then click on "New topic". Good luck!

Welcome Prids.  Congratulations on choosing Hebridean sheep  :hugsheep: :hughen: and hens, and in fact on choosing this life
:poo: is wonderful stuff - turn it into FYM and you have enough fertility to grow veg for the lot of you  :garden: .

As you may gather, I   emojis.
