Looking to buy Golden ~Guernsey boy UPDATE

Just put this in the Marketplace but thought it wouldn't hurt to place here - we are looking for a young GG intact male could be a weaned buckling to come and live with us and our girls on our croft in Shetland - any info please pm.

Thanks folks for the tips and advice - the GG x baggots are related to my GG girls (its a small  world isn't it). The breeder is where I bought mine from a few years ago. Hardly anyone keeps goats in Shetland these days and currently there are no breeding males on the island. I'll certainly have a look at the Melton Mowbray catalogue  :thumbsup: and try the number you gave David.
I've also messaged fb goat groups Scarlet and all the usual goat assocs.

Thought someone might be interested to know that thanks to Scarlet Dragon's input and knowledge of the goatie community I now have the loan of a Pure Saanen goatling for this autumn/winter from a very helpful breeder in Orkney. Thank you Scarlet  :thumbsup:
Not a Golden I know but my original Golden does have Saanen in her DNA and gives me lovely milk so I'm quite happy with that arrangement.
Also thank you Anke for all your help too and the offer of a potential Golden boy next year - its all good!  :goat:
