Just to clarify - goats do not need grass for producing milk, they do very well on branches, hay and supplementary feed (if milking).

We went to see those woods!
It's not wet. It is on top of the hill, some place quite steep. It's designated as ancient woodland - never ever ever been ploughed.
Very very overgrown with brambles mostly - goat heaven!
