Starter smallholding for sale Central Scotland

Just under an acre, set up for poultry, wildlife pond for my ducks, raised veg beds, mature fruit bushes. 20 minutes Stirling, 40 minutes Glasgow, 30 minutes Edinburgh airport. Small paddock at fron with access to a burn - suitable for a fwe sheep.  I've never bothered getting a CPH as I didn't want any larger animals

Just had first viewing - loved the house, what do I do with all this land? - it's in the schedule dearie lol

Had a viewing today and they're coming back beginning of the week so fingers crossed.
