Good morning,
Does any one have any experience of these or similar? What are their pros and cons and do they work is the big question. How powerful are they. I dont want another garden hose on wheels :)

I have the kaarcher equivalent of that and no it's not just another hose. It does depends what you want to use it for and how heavy handed you are and the pressure rating of such devices.
I used one to clean off the pebble-dash mould etc before repainting my last house externally... had to be careful not to knock the pebble-dash off. If using it on a car then stay a decent distance away - I once lost a hand-sized piece of paint off my old 200sx (OK so it was old anyway and coming up for needing respray but you get the point)

Thanks. I was thinking if using it to pressure wash concrete barn floors, and just general washing and disinfectant procedures around the holding.

It'd be fine or a thorough rare clean for deep ingrained stuff but slower than a stiff brush and water for general go over.
