Aren't piglets wonderful????    :pig:

I never get tired of watching them being born and generally just watching them!

Second litter in 2 weeks arrived last night.  No sleep.....But on a high from seeing 12 little Gloucestershire Old Spots full up and sleeping in a pile next to their Mum.

ours havent arrived yet... just how enormous does mum-pig get?! Belly is nearly on the ground already! We are worn out with going out to count the pigs, and finding there is still only the grown ups....

mind you, we did have guinea-piglets last week..

Sows are like a watched pot, they never come to the boil while watched.  Plan something really important for tomorrow, preferably something that involves loads of stress, paperwork and a posh suit, like an audience with the bank manager - that should do it.  ;D

No you need to do it properly wear a posh suit it makes the sow's day when you get down on your hands and knees to crawl through the muck into the ark wearing a posh suit ...
