For the last week we've just had snow on top of snow on top of snow !
Must still have about 12-14 inches lying on the ground, causing chaos with the roads etc - I thought that was going to be the main problem - I was WRONG !

Woke up this morning to let the dog out and the first thing I saw was the roof of an old hay shed which partially covers our garden - lying IN our garden ! Luckily the only damage seems to be to the frame of the kids trampolene. But it seems the very old corrugated iron roof just couldn't cope with the weight of all the snow

It's not ALL bad, we were planning to take the roof down and replace it in the summer anyway, but because of the location and the fact the access was going to be tricky to say the least it was going to be a nightmare job - seems mother nature has decided to do it for us! I'll get a photo posted as soon as I get over the shock
