just to keep up to speed, I have sent stu a PM … the farmer who i am buying the plot off has offered me a ford 4000 for silly money, as i explained to stu, my heart is saying massy, my head is saying Ford… i have spoken with the dealer with the massy, and he has said, i can put my deposit towards any implement i.e. topper, back box etc etc , so i haven't lost out

i am coming unto carmarthen on thursday, so i will have a look at the Ford…. also got to go and sign the papers on the house we are selling on friday..once that is through, and the money is in the bank..we can then dot the I's and cross the T's on the new place  :fc:

the one we are selling, has had its moments… :roflanim: The buyers solicitor asked us where the Planning permission was for the extension, I pointed out that the extension was there when we bought it…
he then said, because it was a Ex council house, there could be a problem……the council apparently , don't allow extensions..and unless we produce the PP we would need to get indemnity insurance ??

i told him, if that was the case, he had better check the original paperwork when HE DID THE PURCHASE FOR US 8 YEARS AGO …….  :innocent:  funny how things have moved on very quickly from then on  ;D

Here's the first tractor that we bought when we moved here back in 1988. :horse:  The little tot stroking the horse, is now my 27 year old daughter.
