I think its Kersten I am replying to....yes, that was the point i was alluding to  ie as a simple 'taster' even googling shows the plethora of arguments for and against....If i was to be seriously looking for answers then of course primary research would be my target...    anyway we're here to discuss and banter ...i do agree with the others... we can get ourselves wrapped up in so much fear of 'danger' that we wouldnt be able to live our lives...
