We reckon it was a whole lot worse than the pictures showed. The tip of the iceberg you might say. We know she has a long term advert 24/365 on Epupz selling Brittanys and Bringers - her name for Brittany Springer crosses - which are a VERY hot gundog! (crossing different groups usually causes problems) We know she was selling at 4 weeks. We know she wasn't doing any health checks. We know she didn't know enough about the breed to give the correct colours. But we believe there may have been other dogs/breeds there too
It was likely she was breeding for money, as is anyone who is breeding lower quality stock with no intention of keeping one. The aim of breeding is to breed better than you have; most genuine breeders aim to keep at least one pup from a litter to carry on their lines, to do all recommended health checks, and to take responsibility for what you breed and their welfare. She was doing none of that. The Brittany world has known of her for years without being able to do anything, and fortunately one person was able to take photographs on this occasion - that was what stopped her. That, and a lot of very caring and responsible people all over the country who took immediate action. They are to be commended.
