OK I'm impressed but how come an egg can increase calorie value when just cooked in water (poaching or boiling) ???

according to my friend, "eggs are free in slimming world"
(that may mean more to others than it does to me!)
so she makes lemon mousse and merangues, and isnt "sinning"

the slimmming world thing is true

my wife does it, it seams to ban/limit bread/pasta/potato's and limits dairy, veg is divided into groups some is free some isn't, its complicated but certainly the first diet she's ever tried where I have been able to eat the same as her to be supportive and not felt the need to rush out for a clandestine bacon butty!!!
