I'm sure there's a section on the forum diary about dan's home made smoker then a new one which may be a Bradley?
I was looking up smokers and ideas when OH got one from my two little boys for fathers day. Just the small parts in a kit and he made a home smoker. It has only been used a couple of time but cheese, fresh trout and salmon were all tried

What hints etc are you after? I'll try to help but we have only used the parts from the kit following the book for advice.
