Another big hello from north Wales    You've probably got more snow now, since you posted.  We've plenty here and I think you guys in the south have had it worse.  December is not a good time to move - I know, I've done it twice now.  We almost canceled Christmas the second time, but kids wouldn't let us!!    Still, all worth it in the end.  Cheers!
