Hi, I'm Louise, I live near Kelso in the Scottish Borders. My husband is a 'proper farmer of approx 800 Lairg type North Country Cheviot ewes, as well as doing contract tractor driving, fencing, combine driving etc. off the farm', and I 'farm' two small boys, William ( 2 1/2) and Angus (1 1/2), a small flock of Kerry Hill Sheep, a few hens and some Highland Ponies. Looking forward to getting lots of useful tips from the forum.

hello and welcome Louise.
By your intro it will be you giving me the tips, that's a might big farm compared to the little 4 or 5 acres I'm looking for to keep a mini flock

There again by the size of tractor and equipment and amount of animals my two boys 5y and 11y have on their list I think more your acreage is needed
