Welcome to teh forum, Andy - form another OAP -or to be more politically correct a SC.  Not that I care either way as I'm really only a teenager under this skin.  I'm in Central Scotland with my 4  :dog:, 8 :chook:, 5 :&>, and 1  :cat:.  I try to grow things but I'm not very good at it!
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age

Hello and welcome from cold wet north Cumbria
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

Hi from me in Clacks! (central Scotland) Just hanging on in with some chickens and dogs but not sure how long for as the recession has hit us hard so who knows where we will end up, anywhere? Not long till I'm a pensioner too but they keep moving the goal posts, that weekly income would keep us above the poverty line as well!!!!!! THought about moving to Norfolk!! Welcome.

Hi from hot eastern Germany, They love old tractors over her too. The rally season has started and there often quite a stream of them chugging down the road to the local "oldtimer" car club/museum. It usually on a Sunday, which makes us laugh as its supposed to be a quiet day with NO lawn mowing or outside power tools!!Hey ho thats German logic for you.
