Why not have a mini holiday and come up to our Smallholders Festival on 14th October.

There are plenty of reasonably priced hotels nearby - Holiday Inn, Premium Inn, Travel Lodge

Have a look at the Festival Website - www.festival.scot

And our Main website www.smallholding.scot

Sorry I'm not recovered enough from my sickly summer, but Mr F has his ticket all booked so he will be able to enjoy the day. So if you see a wee bent old man in biker gear wandering around on his own, please talk to him  :D

Tell him to come and say hello at the office -  just past the Saltire cafe :excited:  Will I call him Mr Fleecewife?  :roflanim:

The office was rarely empty,  I was working on my own until about 10.30.  I may have been in the adjacent office looking for something

Oh that's a shame.  The man doesn't hang about, he whizzed round, spoke to lots of folk then came home.  That was probably another reason I didn't go with him - I like to take my time.

How did the festival go?  Was there good attendance at the new site?  Will it be at RHSground next year too?

:roflanim:

We're contracted for three years so 2024 and 2025 will be there too

Nothing but positive feedback so far. A couple of small things we need to address for the future
The comment I liked best was 'it was a mini Highland Show but better and all indoors.'  :excited:

Look forward to seeing you again Juliet!  Please hand about the office if I'm not immediately visible - I really won't be far away!  :roflanim:

We're thinking of putting it back to the Smallholders and Growers name - I don't know why the Growers part was dropped to be honest

Any feedback from Mr F?  Good and bad - privately would be best please
