Did anyone have a white Christmas?  Ours was a sort of wetly sloppily white day which is rapidly turning to the wet bit on its own for Boxing Day.

I hope you all had a good day.  We spent ours with family, playing charades - sounds old fashioned but great fun was had by all, of all ages.  Oh and there was food too, which I didn't have to cook  :relief:

  Yes a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year  to all the folks here on the TAS we've been socked in here in Alabama with Rain! Storm last nite into to early Christmas morn left us with 5.0 inches of rain on top of  already soaked ground an has rain All day Christmas Day and the temp has been in the mid 70's for days, and is coming storms as I write this, but wearther man said better cooler days ahead second worst Christmas I can remembe,r wife and son has  been out  of School on hoilday break since Dec. 18  and won' t have to go back until Jan. 4, but more rain in forecast three more times  next week .So far for all the work around the farm me and my boy had planned to do ,but anyways that's  life on the farm always  something to do.    James

We woke up to a couple of inches of snow this morning, which is still lying.  The rain hasn't got to us yet but we know it will.


Interesting to hear about the bad weather in Alabama too - so it's not just us  :gloomy:
