Thanks all. Shock is easing, luckily there is still her sister to keep me sane, though completely different temperament, doesn't want that nearness as much.
We buried Dreamer today, various reasons inc. weather meant she had to stay in the van yesterday.
Some of you may remember We lost our BC Jack in 2013, that hit me hard, shortly after it was on this forum these 2 girls were needing a home, and I was lucky enough to be allowed to take them on, Dreamer was so loving she soon won my heart and helped me get over but never forget Jack, for her to go so soon didn't seem fair, I cant forget the look in her eyes, i'm sure she was asking for help. Maybe she'll come back in another life to help someone else who needs her :-)
But the happy memory i'll remember is just last week, i tripped over a tussock of grass and sprawled out in the field, Dreamer obviously thought id laid down to play and was straight in there, wriggling and licking my face, so we had a hug and cuddle laid out there in the field, dafty dog :-).
So I'll be looking for a hardy shrub to plant on her grave, that flowers about this time of year, I'll be looking round here but suggestions welcome :-)
