This morning in amongst the usual junk email was one purporting to be from 'donotreply@dart-charge.co.uk' with the title as 'payment receipt'.
As I'm suspicious of any 'unexpected' or 'unknown sender' emails and in this instance have not used the Dartford (Kent) crossing for at least since 2002, I did not open it but did a 'google' on the url. Sure enough it turned out to be an attempt at stealing your password/details and or putting trojans and other malicious stuff on your computer  . A summary of the google info is attached.
