Just wanted to share that I've bought a meat mincer/ sausage stuffer from Lidl today for £30, doubt it'll stand up to doing a full batch but if you want to make a few at at a time it looks like it'll beat hand-cranking any day!

I've bought one to use at school for sausage demos, we ask for a big bag of mince in particular when the pigs go off then split this up for use when teaching as and when so I won't be testing it as a meat grinder but it'll save me having to cart my big food processor in.

I don't know how long the offer is on for or what the stock is like but thought worth alerting piggy folk just in case!
