We've a couple of litters of Middle White(Dam) X Pietrain ( Sire) weaners ready to go now. They are outdoor born and reared and growing well. They were weaned yesterday so can go in a couple of days once we're sure they're okay..
This cross is one we do regularly as they grow quickly, are fairly lean, produce flavoursome pork and can be kept on to Bacon weight without the risk of becoming too fat!!
