If you are anywhere near the Selby/Goole area - we have some sand land which is alive with rabbits. Not only are they eating all the grass but they're for ever digging holes in the pasture, so you're welcome to come and get as many as you can.

Do you know in the ferret circles is there anyone round Cambridgeshire that wants some space to let their ferrets run?

Just thought I'd mention that vfr400boy came today to assess our land for ferreting and I can highly recommend him. :sunshine:  He tagged my 3 pigs at the same time  - ready for going to slaughter on Monday.

We have a thriving rabbit metropolis... would love to see the ferrets at work too... Near Masham.

I posted in pigeon watch forum and found a few people that needed some land with ferreting permission.

I have two sites both alive with rabbits - one which I rent and will be brining back into use after 4 years aside, enough rabbits to have kept 3 acres of it grazed down all summer, very noticable compared to the 6 next to it that is still 4ft tall!

Also got another 15ac block 5 miles off that is heavy with them but not quite at that level yet. Both north leeds.
