Arran Smallholder
« on: April 23, 2014, 03:09:15 pm »
Hi Everybody,

The two of us moved to Arran at the start of the year and are now buying a three acre smallholding near Shannochie.  Lots of plans and ideas, but also lots of questions, so I'm sure we'll be making use of the forum.  Anybody other TAS members out there on Eilean mo Ghaoil?

Hello from the bigchicken from Fife. I remember holidaying on Arran many moons ago used to go to a certain pub with a greenhouse that was used by the hippies as a lounge which had a very pungent smell. Ahh those were the days, young free and single peace man.

 and welcome from  :sunshine: Shropshire. I used to live on Arran, up in Lochranza, and go back for holidays as often as I can manage to. Would love to buy a smallholding there.
