Sorry to hear you've decided you need to sell but hope you find whatyou're looking for.

If you ever want to animal sit locally but don't need a lot of money for the "privilege" you're welcome here anytime :) tho I'm scaling back myself as far as I can from lack of grazing and the hay needed as a result ::)

My lodger is about to move out (nightmare experience, not one month ever paid rent in full and no contributions to the 25% extra council tax let alone half of it and something towards bills ::) ) so I'll need someone every time I am offered work away from here overnight from the looks of it :(

Have you thought of finding a long term tenant?

We have just signed a lease to rent a 2 acre smallholding for 2-8 years, whilst the owners earn a little extra "down south" before retirement.

We had been looking to sell our house in town for over 2 years, as we had bought some land in a village and wanted to move near to it so we could start our adventure.  This offer to rent somewhere completely different appeared and we jumped at it.  Hopefully, the house market will stabalize and we can sell up in a few years.

Just another idea to look at rather than sell, if you still love the lifestyle!
