lambing course - Somerset.................in January!!!!!
« on: November 13, 2008, 10:35:03 pm »
Get ready for lambing with our very popular course run by the amazing and very knowlegable Ruth of Beechayes Farm up on the Blackdown Hills.

Saturday 10th JAN.............and repeated again on Saturday 17th JAN, so 2 opportunities!!

This course is very hands on and suitable for total beginners and those who want a refresher! A CD of the course notes and a hot lunch of local produce included.

Its fun, informative, will help you save lambs and ewes lives, and no question is too daft :D

Wish we were closer.

We're meeting the farm manager at our local agricultural college to see if they will run a lambing course for the Association. He seems quite keen and they have a January lambing flock, so I think we'll be able to sort something out.

It's lambs in January then.....
