There is considerable food-value in a pint or so of real ale (ask my beloved!) but not in modern chemically produced lagers etc. All you get from them is a hang-over!!

Yes Dave agrees. We sell traditional hand pulled scrumpy as well, and he has tried explaining that it counts towards his five a day fruit and veg!
