I'm going to take my pigs to pork weight 70 ish kgs the have 5 weeks and 3days till they go to the farm
In the sky. How much weight can I Reasonably expect them to put on in this time they are fed on Sow Weener nuts 2kg each per day and fruit and vegetables as and when I can lay my hands on it.
At the mo they range between 55kg to 40kg

Can't help on weights, i never know what mine weigh ::) ;D  I just measure them round their chests with 5wks to go i would expect them to measure around 36-37inches and then to gain an inch per week upto butcher time, you may need to up your feed rate (5-6lbs)to achieve this and so long as they are free ranging they shouldn't put down too much fat to reach the magic 40inch ready for the butchers measure. (Sorry i only work in imperial measurements.. a lady of a certain age :eyelashes: )
