I'm delighted to announce the arrival of our newest grandchildren, Raphaël Nelson Ramón very closely followed by little sister, Freya Marjorie Rose. All well with mother and babies. Papa is exhausted.

Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

It's great to hear good news,
pygmy goats, gsd, border collie, scots dumpys, cochins, araucanas, shetland ducks and geese,  marrans, and pea fowl in a pear tree.

Unfortunately, as they live in the south of France, we won't see them often. Going there in October though.

Yes,it is beautiful there but I do feel for my daughter-in-law having been heavily pregnant in all that heat. she was huge but not surprising as the twins weighted 5.5 lbs each.


FW, shawl has already gone out there. Little cardigans are the next to be done. I’m crocheting rather than knitting as it’s quicker.
