wanted please anglo nubians
« on: September 08, 2010, 07:34:44 am »
Hi, we are looking for a couple of anglo nubians. We have had a couple of pygmies for the last five years but would now like to increase the numbers. I would like an in kidd and a youngster ideally. To be kept, not eaten. Have experience of breeding, pigs, sheep and cattle. Located near to me, I am Kent/Surrey border but would travel to Sussex too. Many thanks.
Enjoying life making the most of whats available. My kids were little yesterday, today they are almost adults, where on earth did that change happen?

Oh, I got my hopes up then as have an adult to sell, but I am far too far away.

Noticed this last night though as it happens- might be a bit far from you too. But on this link, there is a milker and kid advertised for sale Abergavenny, Wales.

Another good place to look is

Good luck with the search.

Hi, thanks for this, have contacted a few south east goat clubs. I can't believe its so hard to find them close to me. I am hoping to find an in kid second timer before xmas so we get used to each other before the birth.so few nubians in this area, such a shame. I have never transported an animal for a long journey, have thought it all to be a bit stressful. I may have to look into this as well as having to wait and just get bottle feds next spring.
