Hi everyone,

have been jam, chutney and preserve making for years but have recently branched out to make sauces etc.

Having difficulty getting on with the water bath method of sealing them, have tried several times but still cant get a decent seal.  I have been looking at the pressure canning machines but  cannot seem to find  a supplier in the UK. Something not too big as I'll never be able to move it but something that will last....
