I'm afraid there isn't really a translation it is a disease of sheep and its actually in icelandic :o
heres a link with the american terminolgy for the disease;

I would ask my vet but I'm dammed if I know how to explain it to him either so many sheep disease are very similar I could end up with anything.!

I would be inclined to phone around all of your vets in the area and fnd someone who speaks English. In Brecey which is our nearest town, we have a huge number of Dutch vets all of who are multi lingual which is great for everyone here.

Do you suspect a problem with your sheep? Hoping it is just an enquiry and not in your flock.

no no problems it was in response to an enquiry.  trouble is there are very few sheep vets round here and those that are don't speak Englsih. my own vet is a cattle man anything to do with sheep and I have to tell him! will try some french sheepy freinds but its not so easy ti gesticulate that one  ;D
